How often do you meet new people - at work or ias social encounters?  What was an interesting firts encounter you had? Talk about it with a partner. How accurate were you in your first impression? Imagine you are about to create a video giving advice on how to make a good impression at work. Discuss and come up with 3 pieces of advice with a partner.
